A tax paradise, in the Indian Ocean about 900 km east of Madagascar. Companies (indicated as GBC2) are tax non-residents in Mauritius and do not pay any income tax but once a year they must submit a Financial Statement to the Mauritius authorities. Establishing a company takes 3-5 days.
An offshore company registered in Mauritius must have at least one director. If you do not want to be the company director for any reason, you can use the services of a nominee director. The shares must be registered. If you do not want to appear in the company as a shareholder, you can use the service of a nominee shareholder.
The costs of establishing an offshore company in Mauritius, including a registered office, a registration agent, standard company documents verified by a notary and Apostille, share certificates, stamp and delivery by courier are EUR 2,500.
The fees for additional years (registered office, registration agent, flat tax) are EUR 2.500.

Nominee director - natural person EUR 500 a year (including one general Power of attorney verified by a Notary with Apostille and an undated resignation)
Nominee shareholder - corporate body EUR 500 a year (including a Declaration of Trust, verified by a Notary with Apostille)
